The facility operates across a surface area of 80,000 square meters, including 5,000 square meters dedicated to research, and maintains 250 hospitalization beds, 140 day hospital spaces, and 104 consultation boxes. In 2023, the institution recorded 4,140 new patients and included 609 patients across 95 clinical studies. Its medical services specialize in oncological care and the treatment of various conditions, including rare tumors, breast cancer, lung and thoracic cancer, and prostate cancer. |

| News: | The Adolescent and Young Adult team at the Institut Jules Bordet organized a World Café event to exchange ideas and collect feedback regarding the specific needs and expectations of young cancer patients. The specialized nursing team also arranged informative sessions and practical consultation stands focused on well-being and personal care for patients during the summer season. To provide continuous care following medical interventions, the organization initiated the development of the Maison CAIROS post-treatment support pathway. Additionally, a participatory vegetable garden initiative was introduced behind the facility to complement traditional hematology treatments with outdoor social activities. Furthermore, the specialized Adolescent and Young Adult medical team received an official award at a national hematology congress. |
